10,05 h. la secretaria de direcció cita a tot el personal de la planta a la sala de reunions.
Relat objectiu, cert com la vida mateixa
En un primer moment es pensava que fou una reunió convocada pel Comitè d’Empresa, però el que fou, es una clama per fer-nos un monòleg per part del, mai millor dit, ínclit Director General de l’Empresa, Remigio Guasa Solo. El motiu era explicar-nos la situació de l’empresa en vers les negociacions per la fusió amb la mútua Divino Pastor de Venecia. Desprès d’arrogar-se tot tipus de elogis per haver arribar a dur a terme les negociacions, com si de un èxit fora de lo comú i normal es tractés, va fer un discurs al mes tipus “fatxa” possible, digne del mes pur dictador a nivell d’empresa, emparat tot s’ha de dir amb la precarietat que proporciona la nova Reforma Laboral (R.D. 3/2012) en que deixa a tots els treballadors en mans dels desitjos de desaprensius com aquest director general. Un individu que s’arroga “la propietat” de una empresa que no es ni serà mai seva, però en les seves paraules solament pareix que existeix la conjugació de la primera persona del singular. El discurs fou en totes les seves extensions una amenaça constant i velada front tots els treballadors, arribant a fer servir la metàfora coneguda “d’avís per navegants”. Ell es considera “Nostre Senyor Salvador, el Remigio Guasa”, ha reconduït els números i ha proporcionat el salvament de l’Empresa en vers esta venda, que ara estarà 8 o 9 mesos per encarrilar la fusió i se’n va a un altra comesa que fins i tot diu que ja sap. Mes arrogància impossible. Desprès de adornar-se amb mitges explicacions i mitges veritats de la seva gestió que feia vergonya aliena escoltar-lo, ha anat desgranant el moll de les autèntiques qüestions i motius de la reunió, que per altre costat no s’explicaria ni tenia cap sentit ni valor informatiu que no salpiquéssim, però les intencions del que ve a dir-nos foren:
- · Que ningú es preocupi a partir d’ara del seu futur, que la única preocupació ha de ser treballar, treballar i fer-ho be. (es que fins ara no s’ha fet be?)
- · Que hi haurà ajustos de plantilla totalment necessaris?, clar que es faran però els que es quedin estaran mes tranquils. (els que se’n van, que es fotin?)
- · Que els nous propietaris voldran centralitzar tot lo administratiu a la seva seu a 700 Km.?, doncs què hi farem, ell també ho faria. (coi, doncs què be)
- · Que si et cau el boli, no es de rebut; estos no treballen amb ell.
- · Que se’l ha de creure, treballar, treballar i treballar amb il·lusió. (sic.)
- · La única preocupació ha de ser treballar i treballar be.
- · Moltes gràcies al Comitè d’Empresa per haver estat en la seva sintonia i haver calmat les possibles alteracions d’ànim. (vaja, al final l’agraïment pels serveis venuts)
En resum, que els súbdits o sigui tots els que estan allí estan per treballar i fer que l’empresa sigui rendible a qualsevol cost:
- · Que es te que baixar el sou, doncs es baixa. (un 3% mensual)
- · Que es tenen que fer mes hores, doncs es fan (70 o 80 mes al any)
- · Que es te que canviar l’horari, doncs es canvia (tots horari partit)
- · Que t’envien a la Seu a 700 km., doncs espavila’t i busca un pis (ara estan baixant de preu).
Solament li faltava dir que ½ h. al dia es ficarien agenollats amb inclinació al davant i aguantar con lo que succeeixi per darrera de “sensacions no viscudes”.
La veritat es du però fins que no ho toques d’aprop, jo al menys, no hi donava crèdit, com pot ser que personatges d’aquesta mena estiguin dintre del mon de la gestió?. Un bon amic em va dir, quant el va conèixer en persona, que no li va donar la sensació de xuleria que li vaig dir que tenia.
Tindria que haver vist el criteri de quasi tots els treballadors assistents a la reunió quant em sortit, el que menys al·lucinava i no donava crèdit al que havia vist i sentit de una persona amb poder.
Tinc uns llibres amb discursos traduïts d’en Hitler i Peten, i també del Franco, vos asseguro que en el to i filosofia son idèntics.
Així el que farem (fem) dels treballadors es, gent rebotada i encabronada que, quant tingui l’oportunitat es tornarà amb escreix.
Avui mes que mai es necessita gent que sigui equànime, pacifica i que faci país, lo que ara a la curta no em sapigut arreglar, a la llarga ens penedirem.
En resum ens passem al de “si no hagués segut per…..”
Aquest relat no es inventat, es a dir que: “todo parecido con la realidad es la más pura realidad auténtica”, es tret de la realitat més absoluta i més que en tinc d’escrits i fins i tot “enregistrados” que en diuen, per si les mosques, o no. El temps dirà si es així. Lo més, diguem-ne dolorós es que tot ha estat amb connivència dels que manen i una col·laboració impagable dels personatges del C.E. de l’Empresa, que molt lluitar (diuen) per una Catalunya pròspera i joiosa, però algo nostre i genuí s’ho han venut a fora. Parlo de lo que en el seu dia fou la millor MUTUA SANITÀRIA CATALANA, amb l’autèntic sentit de lo que vol dir i significà el sentir mutualista, d’ajut al que no es coneix.
